Position: Program Manager
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, 2 Years of college, 4 to 5 years of electronics industry experience. Must be very fluent with basic computer skills; especially Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Job Duties:
| 1- | Generate quotation, which involves: Receiving and reviewing customer data, passing on the relevant information to appropriate departments internally and get the project costed, send quote back to the customer. |
| 2- | Maintain quoted project list and follow-up with customers. |
| 3- | Maintain active project list, and keep updated status report for all projects in a master active project list, including details like project start date, expected completion date, internal resources working on the project, quantity shipped, quantity pending etc…. |

Position: Engineering Manager
Job Description:
Manage offshore CAD engineering group of printed circuit board design and manufacturing from product specifications to product delivery. Direct offshore CAD librarians group to manage Whizz CAD master E card library, adding different footprints from 2 pins to 2000 pins of new electronic devices according to IPC industry standards. Manage and supervise offshore CAD Layout designers from project initiation to deliverables package, including design needs and customer specifications and provide technical requirements. Manage manufacturing group with correct gerber data and Autocad mechanical drawing models. Provide detailed files xy placement, 27x images, and track assembly according to client requirements.
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5 years of experience as a Design Engineer or related position. Experience using Allegro PCB Editor & PCB SI , VISULA, PADS PCB with Hyperlynx, Orcad, and Concept. Experience with Simulation/Signal Integrity. Knowledge of Manufacturability rules, processes and guidelines.
