Our company is a premier provider of electronic product design, development and assembly manufacturing services located in Santa Clara, California. We provide our customers an efficient path to launching a product by taking a concept and designing it into a fully functional, tested product. We take a unique approach to manufacturing by including best practice design methodologies resulting in the best possible yields, shortened design cycles and total low-cost solution to our clients.
Our company was founded in 1989 with a team of specialized design engineers with skills in PCB Design and Layout. We have grown our team to include targeted skills such as Signal Integrity Testing, RF Design, Product Testing, Board Bring-up and much more. We help demanding startups and established companies succeed by delivering products on time and on budget. We can assist clients by augmenting their staff, or taking ownership of the entire product cycle.
Whizz has a global footprint, with production space in Santa Clara, California as well as a brand new facility in Kulim, Malaysia. Our Malaysian facility serves the Pacific Rim and is focused on high volume, low cost manufacturing. The company’s unique ability to service customers at the beginning of a design followed by the ability to manage the build, including supply chain management, EOL issues, final testing and pack out has served out client base well over the past 34 years.

As an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and FPGA Design & Development Company Whizz has maintained a close relationship with Xilinx since 2002. We successfully delivered many generations of products and in In 2010, Xilinx recognized our excellence and awarded us, ”Outstanding Supplier Award – Development Systems”. The award acknowledges our contribution to their company and to the successful launch of Gen 6 Spartan and Virtex product families.
MANAGMENT TEAM
Manny’s focus and expertise is in operations, finance and manufacturing. Manny started his career at Pentagon Systems in 1989. Between Pentagon Systems and a co-founder at Whizz Systems, he has developed and nurtured a team of operations, materials and PCB assembly professionals who are committed to the products we produce. Manny has developed a system that guarantees success, maximizing efficiency without compromising on quality.
Manny’s Quality Team has developed processes and procedures that emphasize continuous improvement in every phase of the manufacturing operation that now includes 4 state-of-the-art assembly lines in Santa Clara and 2 facilities in Malaysia.
Muhammad started in the product development and manufacturing services business in 1989 at Pentagon Systems. He grew the company by successful acquisition in 1997 (Celestica), and ran the engineering gateway and NPI division.
Mr. Irfan co-founded Whizz Systems in 1999, building the global company across 3 continents with a customer base that includes industry leaders in the computing, storage, networking, security, consumer, semiconductor, instrumentation, medical and defense industries.
