Your name, business email, phone number, company, job title and whatever you write in your message.

Automatically when you visit

IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site you came from. This comes from Google Analytics 4 and from our host's server logs.

From other sources

Business contact details from colleagues, trade shows, referrals and public professional sources.

If you visit our facilities

Your name, company, host and times of entry and exit. Where a project is export-controlled, we also record citizenship, because US export law requires it. We use that for nothing else.

We do not collect government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information through this website.

To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes. To manage our relationships with customers and suppliers. To send our newsletter. To run and secure this website. To screen contacts against US restricted-party lists, because export law requires it. To meet our tax, accounting and export recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use three service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

We also share information with our professional advisers, with shipping and customs providers where an order requires it, and with government agencies where export control or law requires it. If our business is sold, information may transfer as part of that.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read. It sets cookies that identify your browser, and Google receives that data.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking pixels.

You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Rejecting them does not change how the site works.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond, and we do not respond to it. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as a request to switch analytics off.

We may keep information longer where we need it for a legal claim or an audit. Export recordkeeping can override a deletion request; if that happens, we will tell you.

We hold ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certifications and are ITAR registered. We restrict access by role, encrypt data in transit, and control physical access at both facilities.

No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that anything sent to us over the internet is protected. That is one reason we ask you not to send controlled data through this site.

California residents can ask us what we collect, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sale or sharing — though we do neither. We will not treat you differently for asking. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and answer within 45 days.

Other US states with privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon — give similar rights of access, correction and deletion. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within 60 days.
